As of Feb. 1, 2021, UCF RESTORES’ clinic on the University of Central Florida’s main campus reopened for in-person treatment. We remain steadfast in our mission to provide no-cost treatment services – including outpatient and intensive outpatient therapy programs, single-session consultations and more to those in need – and we are excited to welcome back our in-person patients with open arms.

We’ve taken numerous steps to help ensure the safety of our team and patients, including increased sanitation measures and operational changes, which are outlined below.

All of these measures are in accordance with and/or supplementary to measures implemented by the University of Central Florida; to learn more about the university’s guidelines, click here.

Here is an overview of what you can expect from us as we transition back to our in-person treatment model:

  • Face masks worn at all times, by patients and staff
  • Appropriate physical distancing measures throughout all areas of the clinic
  • Temperature checks and health screenings for all patients and staff upon entry to the clinic
  • All touch points and research-related equipment will be properly sanitized before and after every visit, following CDC guidelines

Additionally, all patients will be required to complete necessary paperwork electronically prior to their visit. Friends and/or family accompanying patients are not permitted inside the facility unless otherwise necessary for the patient’s physical or medical safety.

We appreciate your understanding, patience and flexibility as we continue to navigate the measures necessary to help safeguard our team and our patients during these unprecedented times.
