Established in response to the pressure, stress and demand placed on our medical and emergency service fields, UCF RESTORES offers no-cost, single–session consultations for individuals seeking a space to discuss their stressors and develop a plan for how to handle the extreme challenges they face.
WHO?
Front-line health care workers, medical professionals, first responders, military veterans, and active-duty personnel.

60-minute, one-on-one telehealth sessions with one of UCF RESTORES’ mental health clinicians.
WHY?
To help callers develop crucial tools and a personalized plan for addressing a problem or goal they would like help with.

The line is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Note: If you choose to utilize the line outside of these hours, please leave a message and it will be returned within 24 hours (excluding the weekend).
