UCF RESTORES®  the National Center of Excellence for First Responder Behavioral Health – is a nonprofit clinical research center and treatment clinic established to change the way posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related disorders are understood, diagnosed and treated.

What began as a government-funded research initiative in 2011 has grown to serve as an invaluable resource to the Orlando community, the state of Florida and beyond.

Treatment and resiliency services are provided to first responders, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and survivors of military and civilian sexual assault, mass shootings, natural disasters and other traumatic events.

As UCF RESTORES continues to expand, the organization’s impact continues to grow. Todate, more than 500 veterans and active-duty personnel, plus more than 500 first responders and survivors of mass shootings, have turned to UCF RESTORES for treatment.
