Biography

Brandon Matsumiya is a post-doctoral fellow in the behavioral health primary care program at Swedish Hospital in Seattle, WA. Before graduating from the Clinical Psychology Program at the University of Central Florida, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Boston University (BU) in 2014. He is interested in integrating technology into clinical research and practice pertaining to depressed and anxious youth. His prior research has involved investigating technology tied to alcohol use and suicidality as well as technology-based healthcare screeners. Brandon is originally from Washington. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking and playing board games.
