Biography

Michael graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Data Science and Analytics. After graduating, he worked as a project manager assisting in the development and implementation of wellness programming and organizational health assessments for public safety agencies at the Center for the Advancement of Military and Emergency Services Research. Michael is mentored by Dr. Bowers and is interested in examining protective and/or risk factors for substance use among female public safety personnel. In his free time, Michael enjoys pickleball, live music, and playing with his cat named Blue.
